I can't believe how cramped the double bed was in the living room, barely fitting with the couch. There was no bedside table, and the kitchen desperately needed an upgrade. Plus, the lack of a fan made the air stuffy and uncomfortable.

They gave us well-appointed superior studio for cosmetics. The location of this hotel just off beautiful New Zealand as well as the shops and restaurants was exceptionally nice and excellent;))

Check in was easy, hotel was family-friendly, locations was handy close to Old Cromwell museum. The room was brand-new & well-appointed together with kitchen, queen bed, great heating. The atmosphere created was family!

Thank you for an incredible stay. Everything is nice, I appreciated well-appointed room and magnificent location. Offers great service and great food. As I remember free Wi-Fi was available throughout the property.

Lovely little and well laid out room, all in all had great stay.
Units with comfy bed. The services were excellent! They had an early check-in. The location was particularly good, at walking distance from Old Cromwell Town.

The hotel is brand-new and has good basic amenities. the decor is nice and pleasant. the staff at the reception desk are knowledgeable. the location is close to very good wineries. It is not far from a supermarket and Wanaka.

The location was peaceful and perfect, so close to Cromwell center with easy access to shopping centers and a supermarket. Everything was superb, the staff were exceptionally attentive and very helpful.
